POGO.com and Safari (running 10.6)

So, when I try to play monopoly on pogo.com with safari my cpu usage blasts to the roof, fans start spinning and it won't stop. I'm wondering how to fix this? I try playing with firefox but it doesn't seem to work. Any advice?
