Hey all,

So, I like to participate in a lot of outdoor activities. Ones that usually aren't very camera-friendly. Especially skiing. My friends and I go on big trips and usually shoot a lot of video and stills and make a video afterwards. So I had a Pentax W20 and the thing was awesome, until I lost it. Anyway, I am looking for a replacement since ski season is rolling around and the new line of Pentax W series has the HD video options now, the W60. I was real excited then I read some specs and the 720p mode only shoots in 15fps. I've never really seen anything at that frame rate, I know it's half of the normal fps I'm used to editing...but what do ya'll think about the video quality vs. 1/2 the frame rate? I know I can always shoot in a lower res at 30, but if the HD version isn't even worth it I'll save some money on the older W30 model.

Does anyone have any sample 15fps 720p (or other res) footage?
