Poker software performance

Any poker players here?

The above is playing 8 tables on an Intel based MBP, 2.6ghz, 4gb Radeon, 16 GB ram

Looking at getting an M4 Mac mini solely for poker and wondering if the base model would be sufficient or if I will see any performance difference with a maxed out version?

I sometimes multi table (4 tables) with Pokerstars on the M1 Mac Mini and it's practically idle i.e. < 5% CPU. Will need to monitor it during my next session for more detail but the M1 breezes it for sure.
