in case you havent heard, Polaroid is ceasing film production next year.

most likely this means the end of many hobbyists dreams, my own included.

The manufacturing of "shake-it-like-a-polaroid" type film will most likely end all together.

The peel apart type film, still being made by Fuji, will most likely survive a few more years. But Polaroid's own emulsions will probably die off.

What does this mean for the casual instant photographer? Stock up!
