Police raid Suspected protestor's homes

So the police make up false charges like "Conspiracy to violate fire code regulations," and arrest these people who were planning a protest, which they assumed, without evidence, was going to be a "violent riot." Breaking into their home with sub-machine guns and riot gear. Kind of ********ty if you ask me. Thoughts?

Edit: I'm not sure if they are the same story. I assume so, though. Either way, this can be closed, but it provides another article with another side of the story that goes a bit more in-depth.
