Seems like folks are starting to believe in the rumour of the black or white, plastic or ceramic backed 3G iPhones a bit more lately, so I was wondering ....

Assuming these things are real, would you go for shiny white or shiny black?
 
Personaly i like both of the ideas although black just seems so much more suited for a cell phone. But if they are out of black ones I would be more than happy just to buy a white one!

I'm leaning towards white too.

The black one is cool and all, but the white one has a kind of neat retro "James Bond/Barbarella era device" feel to it.
 
Definitely black. The only color I'd want less than white would probably be hot pink. :)
 
Black. I'm sick of looking at my old dirty ipod. White shows dirt/scratches way too easy
 
Black of course. I just hope the black version doesn't cost more like the macbooks do.

If I were to choose, I'd say black. White looks less professional/business/smart and more consumery.
 
I can't imagine Apple bringing out a white one - as others have pointed out, they seem to have moved on from that. Black for me!
