POLL: How do you feel about iPhone4's vibrator and ringer?

There's been a couple other people feel the same way I do. We have four iP4's in our family and everyone has been kinda'surprised by the intensity of the vibrator, and the max volume of the ringer functions. So I figured it made sense to throw up a poll and see if there's a consensus one way or another. For those of you who had other smart phones, tell us if the iPhone is better/worse, and for those who previously owned an earlier iPhone, do the same.

works fine for me, feels no different from my other iPhones.

Yeah... I had a 3G and the new phone seems definitely weaker in the intensity of the vibrator, and the loudness of the phone seems to be lower. If I had to fix one or the other it would definitely the vibrator, it is way too weak.

The vibrator is extremely weak compared to other phones in general. I've had phones more than a decade ago with more intensity, however, it's not much of a problem. It would be a nice-to-have for it to be more intensive, but for me it's no big deal. The ringer is definitely loud enough for me, but as I use my phone for a lot of emailing it would be better if I could change the email alert to something a bit louder and longer.
