Tether only when home internet sucks or during computer class to get around school blocks. ;)

No text since I'm on Verizon

iPhone 4 4.2.1
Use TehterMe sometimes (I would consider it light usage)
Over the last couple of years I have only exceeded 2GB once (it was 2.7GB)
My average usage is around 1.5GB
I am grandfathered on unlimited

Light usage, just with my iPad 2, now.

Most ever was 2GB, which was probably this past month. Normally between 500MB To 1GB.

Since I got the original iPhone in early 2008, I've had Edge in my area so usage was almost nil. But in December 2010, AT&T finally turned on 3G in my area. The spike in usage for me in the last two months was primarily from streaming Pandora radio.

Not JB. iOS 4.3. iPhone 3GS. Never got the tethering text.

The most I have used recently is 1.3GB.

I moved to the official tethering plan before they sent any threatening texts. If I'm always under 2GB, I don't care about stepping down to 4GB.

Now...something I have noticed since moving to the official AT&T tethering plan is that Bluetooth tethering works correctly, and I no longer get the fatal errors when tethering with USB and a dock. With jailbreak and MyWi, I never could get Bluetooth to work correctly, and I'd get fatal errors several times when trying to use USB and a dock.

I also found that the new AT&T feature that allows free voice calls to all mobile devices regardless of carrier has allowed me to step down quite a bit on the voice minutes.

So it's basically a wash as far as the billing goes.

Well I am jailbroken and decided to check my usage for this month and somehow I managed to get near 9 GBs. I have no idea how I even managed to get that. Strangely though, I haven't received the text message at all.

16g to 22g

I watch netflix on my iPhone mostly , sometimes on iPad with teether and use business software quickbooks online with my lap top, Maybe I am hogging more than my share of bandwidth , I don't feel bad I pay for 7 phones my
