It'll be interesting to see how many ppl out there change the position of their dock and place it on the left or right edge of the screen.. And how many of you guys minimize your dock to maximize screen real estate?

I've had problems with minimizing, takes too long when things aren't running properly, and I'm used to flicking the mouse towards the bottom of the screen, so I leave everything with the default.

I do modify the dock in other ways often enough, but things like changing the background or icons, but other than that it's stock.

On my two desktops (one at work, and the other at home) the dock is on the right side of my second monitor, unhidden.

On my laptop, however, it is on the left, hidden. Real estate is just too precious on the MacBook.

My dock is on the left side of the screen. There's no option for that (mine's on the side, not the corner). Not miniaturized; none of that wavy-motion when I mouse over.

My dock stays visible at the bottom. I use the 2D version and have the fancy magnification turned off.

Stays at the bottom.

I've experimented with it being at the left and right, bottom is easiest. I dislike hiding the Dock, I like to see what I've got running and if there is any new Mail.

Mine is small in size but center bottom location w/magnify on..

I've got to resist the urge to comment!
