I've only used it on the school computers (well, regular Office '08, not the Mac version), but I'll stick with my NeoOffice. New interface is weird, and I'm tired of MS Office in general. If I feel like paying for an Office suite again, I'll probably get iWork, but NeoOffice fits my needs for now just fine.

I'm not even going to touch it. I have really limited use for it (I use Pages and TeX for almost all my stuff). However, when I'm writing something collaboratively with bibliography, I do use Word with Endnotes. As far as I'm aware, Endnotes isn't working with Office 2008, so it's a dealbreaker.

I dunno!

I ordered mine in November via their buy 2004 and upgrade for shipping cost deal and I haven't received 2008 yet.

Got it.

The new interface seems kind of clunky and tacked-on to me. I also agree that it doesn't run as "snappy" as '04. Some of the new features are welcome, but I don't feel it's worth the price tag. Almost makes me wish I went along with iWork '08...
