POLL: VMware Fusion Win OS using the least resources

Hey All-

Looking to use fusion and would like to poll which Windows OS uses the least amount of OSX resources. I only need it for a couple programs to run thru unity.

This is for a laptop and will be on almost all the time. Looking for best option to keep the machine cool and the best battery life.
