Poor Battery life on 4s

hi there

I appear to be having poor battery life with my new 4s. Purchased Friday and used until the battery was flat then charged back up.

Battery life is only slightly better than my old 3g ( which it replaced ).

Are there any other battery tips before I take back and ask for a replacement?

My tip is to read the hundreds of other threads on the 4S battery life, here.

THEN, go back and read the hundreds of battery threads written when the iPhone 4 was introduced. You will find a remarkable resemblance.

i have used my iPhone 4s off and on since i took it off the charger at 9am yesterday and here it is 2am the next and at 1%.
i would say that is pretty good compared to my old atrix 4g.

I think the battery life is great. It's been off charge for nearly 3 hours and only dropped down to 99% battery.

I've used it for a call, some emails and a couple of texts...
