I bought ACASIS TBU401 enclosure and 21-in-1 TB4 Hub. The 21-in-1 TB4 hub failed within 3 months and I tried to reach out to ACASIS to have it replaced. They NEVER responded to my several emails asking for replacement. I sent in the video showing the hub was not working and made attempts to chat online, but no response whatsoever!

I can't believe they do not respond to their customers request - at all!!!

I would never buy another ACASIS product.

If you look at reviews on Amazon, you will see others complaining about really bad customer service from ACASIS.

I thought I would add to this thread with my experience as well. I purchased a TBU405max in Nov and connected to my Mac Mini 4 in Dec (KC3000 4TB added). I had hoped to use the external SSD as my main home folder but got a few dropouts a day - power goes off for 1 second each time (also tried different PSU and different cables). So... I had to move my home folder back to the main drive. Now getting 10-20 dropouts a day so not usable. Tried emailing in Dec and Jan with no reply. Did connect with a guy on their FB page who said they'd look at my email straight away - nothing since. I've had to write-off this loss to experience, and now purchased an alternate enclosure (from Amazon this time - so I can return it if it fails).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM ACASIS - YOU WILL GET NO SUPPORT

Acasis support were the ones that clued me into the fact that my M1 Mac Studio could only support two 40gbps devices at a time. They responded pretty quickly to my queries.

The email address to which I was sending correspondence was shop@acasis.com

Thanks Brian - using the new M4 Mac Mini and only 1 40gbps device - plus TB to my monitor. Have also tried front USB ports (slower but still had dropouts). I think I've got a fault in the TBU that drops power so possibly a PCB issue or connector issue. Thanks also re your comment that the shop email works as the support email certainly doesn't
