Poor fitting Colcasac sleeve and no answer from Customer Service

So I did some heavy research into the threads posted here while looking for a sleeve for my new Macbook Pro Retina. I settled on the Colcasac sleeve since it appeared to be especially designed for the rMBP. They advertise two different models: one for the rMBP, and one for the Air. I happily placed my order and waited.

Last week the package arrives and lo and behold, they sent me the MB Air model of the sleeve instead of the rMBP model that I ordered. It was too long and didn't fit well. Submitted a ticket to their online help system and waited again (they apparently don't have a contact phone number).

When they finally responded a few days later, the response was very surprising:

Thank you very much for contacting us. The sleeves for the 13" Macbook Pro Retina and the 13" Macbook Air are just the same. Will it not fit with your device? There are minimal differences between the two Macbooks but it just offsets with regards to the thickness and the depth.

I am shocked because they specifically advertise two separate sleeves (MB Air and rMBP). My attempt to confirm this with their customer service went nowhere.

So my question is, has anyone here received a Colcasac sleeve that fits AND the package was labeled "Macbook Pro Retina"? I'm really disappointed with the customer service by Colcasac.
