I ordered a 13 Pro Max for in-store pickup. When checking out, I added a case to the order. I thought I had no issues.
When I got to the store, to my dismay, I learned that the phone part of the order, had reverted to home delivery, without my prior knowledge . I remain not interested in home delivery, b/C I don’t want to use Phobio for trade in.
The staff were helpful, but could not produce a phone.
I ended up canceling the entire order, but I am annoyed. I made a trip to the Apple store that I would not have done otherwise.
Has this happened to anyone else?
