Poor Performa... :( need more help please!

Long story short, my old Performa 6360 gave me a flashing question mark disk on startup the other day. Randomly started it again today and it booted up. However, I noticed when I open a window and then CLOSE the window, the image of the window stays on the screen, but it's not "physically" still there, so to speak (cannot interact with it). Ran disk utility, and got these two errors:

Invalid index key, 4, 201
Invalid key length, 4, 1119

Any advice? Thank you!!

I have a restore disk for my Performa 6360. Maybe if you reinstall the OS it would take care of your issues?
