Hello. I seem to be getting a popping/crackling noise when starting and ending Facetime voice calls. This is repeatable. It's not something I was aware of with the previous version of iOS. Have you noticed something similar?

I don't use Facetime calls, so I can't speak for that condition, but am getting harsh pops mixed in with sounds in general. They aren't soft pops like some amplifiers make when power cycling. They're loud, did-I-damage-my-speaker-clipping pops.

I first encountered it while transferring pictures in a camera app to the Camera Roll; it makes a sound for each action.

Then, I realized it wasn't an isolated situation when changing a system setting that gives audible feedback did the same thing.

Not good.
