Hey all,

I was wonder if an app exists that would, when a keyboard shortcut is pressed a predefined reference document is displayed above all other windows. Say a PDF.

Just thought it would be handy if when programming I could press a shortcut and some documentation would pop straight up on-top of all windows for me to read. I use a lot of the same docs a lot.

Thanks,

No way to do this?

Even an applescript calling iWord or something linked to a shortcut maybe.

This app may help, I use it all the time for most used apps and files. It works like a charm by using a premade keyboard shortcut, and it's free: http://www.shadowlab.org/Software/spark

Good luck :)

That's perfect for what I need. Thanks very much. :)

You're welcome. I thought you'd like it. I'm just surprised more people don't use it. I use it every day, and it saves me loads of time. It does what Quicksilver does but without all the tech:)
