Pop up windows at boot

When my Mac mini boots to desktop these two windows pop-up without fail (see attached image) Running SL 10.6.5

I have repaired permissions, any thoughts on how to clear this up?

Both of those directories are in the DVD Player.app package. Have you checked your login items to see if something funny is trying to launch? does your DVD Player app work correctly?
