all of a sudden i keep getting pop ups from mac keeper and other things saying i have a virus in my mac and to clean it out or live personalized support for mac i don't know how to stop all the pop ups can someone please help me

I'm sorry that I can't remember what the Apple Store did for me, but that Mac keeper is just try to get you to pay for it. When I took my 2009 mbp in because of the same problem, the genius informed me that I didn't have any virus, and that it's almost improbable that I would even get one. Hopefully another with more expertise with Mac 's can help you.
They are extensions (little pieces of software) you install with Safari to block ads.

You'll need to Google you issue and follow one of the guides to uninstall these. They hide several downloads and it's very annoying. All in an effort to get you to buy their useless software/app.

DUDE - quit looking at porno- lol
Just clear your history , cookies , just down and re-boot - should be good to go
Then add adblocker- adguard- there are a few in app store

I'm pretty well versed in ad blockers and so forth. Just reporting that over the last few weeks pop ups and unders have become a problem again. It seems every once in a while the ad scum figure a way around your defences before the good guys manage to get on top of them again.
This happened to me last night. What I did was download MalwareBytes, run the app, once it finds malware, delete it, and restart your mac. Run MalwareBytes one more time to confirm if anything else is found. If not, you're good to go
