Popcorn 3.0 help

I exported a movie from FCP. It is an DVD NTSC 48 Khz mov file. When I bring it into popcorn 3.0, and use the Video DVD option, it states the destination DVD is not large enough. When I click on burn, I get the message, the file is 4.8 and there is only 4.37 available. What do I do to get this movie on one DVD?
