Popcorn 3 will not compress

Hi. I have a 8gb file from Mac The Ripper and I drag it into Popcorn 3. I select the option to fit to dvd compression and try to burn a single sided 4.7gb disc.

Popcorn tells me my file is to large. It does not seem to even try to compress it.

Is there something I am missing?
