iOS populating table view help

my app is very simple, as i am a total noob in code of any kind.

I have created and populated a table view and each option leads to a blank table view, how can i populate these and make each option on the second table view lead to a text file.

i know this is really noobish, but it is the last thing i need to finish this app, if anyone can help, it would be great, try and be really specific with instrucions.
