Popup keyboard doesn't popup after disconnecting logi create from iPad Pro 9.7

I think this is an issue on iOS 10.2.1 on iPad Pro 9.7. After disconnecting the Logi Create keyboard from iPad Pro 9.7, an on screen keyboard shud pop up when I'm ready to type in the input box. But now it just doesn't. I can ONLY use the Logi keyboard to type. It's annoying especially when an app only works in portrait mode.
