Popups and notifications

I downloaded and installed mobilenotifier which is an awesome notifier until ios5 comes out. Unfortunately I don't get to use it to it's full potential because the dang notifications/popups keep appearing. I don want both mobile notifier and the iOS software giving notifications. I tried popup blocker. It blocked all the notifications, including those from mobile notifier. Is there a way to only block the notifications from iOS. Please, any advice would be great. :)

What notifications are coming up? Do you have bitesms installed?
 
No biteSMS. In the lockscreen, the mobilenotifier window will pop up but at the same time, the stock apple sms notification pops up on the lock screen.
