Port 51413 Closed in Transmission ??

In Transmission, it say the port 51413 is closed
and i can't download....
i attached a jpg..

What can i do to start the download ?
Maybe change Ports ?

This is a port that needs to be opened from within your router by using port forwarding. Consult the manual for your router on how to enter it and use port forwarding.

I've never been able to open the ports despite fowarding ports correctly. The ISP's here in Belgium are within the worst in Europe.
