Port Forwarding on Airport Extreme

I have an airport Extreme and I am using a Macbook Pro running 10.5.7.

I am trying to make my airport base station allow me to download torrents using uTorrent. The circle is always either yellow (no incoming connections) or red (cannot connect) when I attempt to download a torrent.

I can't find updated instructions on how to set the airport up properly using leopard. Any help would be much appreciated!

Well thank you for showing me something I have seen before, how do you get to the port mapping assistant?

You see that is part of the problem, I can't find that utility!
