Port on back of Miglia tvmax

I lost the connector for a port on the back of my Miglia EyeTV, and was wondering if any of you knew where I could buy a replacement.

I couldn't tell if it was the right thing that you responded with. I just need to know what cable or adapter I need (for the port on the Miglia TV Max) that will allow me to connect to my cable.
