Port Plugs

I finally got an iphone 3g and I was wondering does anybody makes any sort of port plugs for the headphone jack and dock connector? I will be carrying it around in my pockets and I am concerned about crud getting in the ports, especially after my brother was telling me that after a few months of carrying his originally iphone in his pocket, the dock connector got so bad it would not charge and had to be serviced.
