Hi

I have a simple question for you guys (and some gals). Does anyone know which network port Apple Remote Desktop uses? I need to know, so that my local system administrator can open up the port on the firewall, but can't find any information about it in the manual.

Per the Apple KB:

If you are planning to use Apple Remote Desktop through a firewall, be sure that traffic is allowed on UDP port 3283. ARD does not use TCP port 3283.
