Portable Cell Phone Chargers for XR

I don't know much about these chargers at all. Want one for the new XR that my wife and I will be ordering.

Any info will be much appreciated on the brands to look at and the ones to stay away from. Thank you in advance.

Mophie is always a solid option. Anker is also popular.
I currently have an old Anker, but I’m probably getting a Mophie next.
Stay away from cheap no names and rebrands. They are often not safe. Go for a well known brand.

Supply chain leaked 18W USB-C charger, most likely to be announced with 3rd generation iPad Pro. It looks to be capable of 9V 2A charging, so if you prefer to get 3rd party charger, look for 18W (9V 2A) or better USB-C Fast Charging.

I would recommend either Anker or RAVPower as good brands. I currently have two of the following and used them with my iPhone x and now my iPhone Xs Max as well as other portable devices and they have been great.

I got a wireless one - I find when I need one out and about I often want to keep using the phone so having cables dangling all over the place isn’t ideal. The wireless charger is slower but I can hold it against my phone while still using it so it is convenient. I’ve considered glueing it to a cheap case to make a ‘charging case’
