Since my iPhone wire broke down a month ago I've been using my portable charger to charge my phone, and it syncs with iTunes. With the release of the iOS 8 beta I want to install it but if I use my portable charger do you think it might make the process tedious and ultimately crashing my phone and putting it into safe mode? Please help!

What do you mean by portable charger?

It's a case that plugs into my phone and I can sync with iTunes and charge it. Would I run into any errors restoring to ios 8 using it?

Anyone? Please help I will be installing the beta in a few hours.

If you need that phone for primary purpose of developing, I would just get a replacement cable and be done with it.
