Portable hard drive storage for mac pro book

Hello, need some advice on a portable storage and or back up unit to store things like photos etc, I have a I mac with 10.4 and a bunch of photos in I pHOTO, i would like to transfe them over to my mac pro book, any suggestions?

What do you mean by "speaker one"? English is not my first language and I couldn't find any adjective or other non-noun in the dictionary for "speaker".
