I am unsure where to post this questions, so I apologize in advance if it is in the wrong section.
I currently cannot install iTunes on my computer because I do not have administrator rights. Therefore, I am looking for an iTunes portable program that works with windows 8 that I can launch from my flash drive.
I am mostly looking to use the app store to download apps that I already purchased under my Apple ID. Yes, I know that I can download the apps on my apple device directly, but my wifi and Sprint service is super slow!
Any help on this is appreciated thanks.
