Portable network graphic images?

I was familiarizing myself with Adobe Lightroom 5 on my 2015 13" MBP and somehow ended up with several of these PNGs in "All My Files." I want to trash these, but I'm not sure if they in any way have something to do with the actual OS. I don't think they do. I think they are like photos. However, I just want to make certain before I delete them. Suggestions?
