Portable Speaker for iPhone with Alarm Function

Hi,

I am looking for a portable bluetooth speaker for my iPhone, but one that I can also use as an alarm.

The problem is that all bluetooth speakers I've found so far (including the Bose SoundLink Mini and Ultimate Ears BOOM) turn off after 30 min or so. The ones that have aux in also seem to not work as alarms (based on the reviews I've read).

I know I can buy a dock, but I don't want my iPhone constantly charged (kills the battery over time) and I want to be able to use alarm apps on my phone such as SleepCycle but have the sound played through the speaker.
