In Notes and Email, if you start typing in one format and then rotate, the keyboard rotates

However - in safari - which ever way you start typing, you can not rotate. You have to finish, submit (or cancel) and then rotate

glitch, intentional? Do you see this as being fixed in the next update?

Could just be an oversight. I had gotten used to the safari keyboard locking into place like that since the beginning and was surprised to see text and notes change on the fly with the new update.

I have noticed this, but not in Safari, when sending a text, the screen wouldn't rotate no matter how I tried to get it to rotate.

Its only in safari,

people.... if your walking you must hold your arms very steady or, stop walking completely... The phone knows when you are moving, and will not rotate when doing so.

Safari was one of the apps to have landscape from day one, so I think the ability to rotate a keyboard when in use in a text field was only implemented later on, and apple has not given safari that update.
