Has anyone seen any reports or did they mention it already regarding simultaneous live/portrait mode? They stated that if the camera recognizes pets or humans it will keep the depth of field information and process it as a portrait style photo meaning we can choose the theoretical f-stop and focal plane. If the phone processes it as a portrait, are we still able to choose the individual main photo as we can right now with any Live Photo?
***edit- I apologize profusely to everyone that read through this. We are all dumber having read this. i just went to the iPhone page on Apple and it states that it does indeed do this. I should have looked there first before I made this dumb post. Sorry again for doing the thing I always complain about when other people do it. 😳 this feature is something that I have been hoping would happen for years……wahoooooooo
