Regular photos look great on my née iPhone 12 Pro.

Portrait mode looks fuzzy and weird indoors w good light in the evening. No idea why. Anybody else have this experience?

What do you mean by fuzzy? Like out of focus? Or that the portrait blur is blurring too much of the subject? Can you upload an example?

I’ve noticed some portraits look fuzzy, and then process and become sharp. Of concern to me is what I believe to be lens flare.

I'm getting blurry subject in the portrait mode. If I take the same picture with the 2x camera without potrait mode, it's super sharp.
I'm attaching a crop to show the difference.

Anyone seeing this?

Yeah i think the accidental tech podcast hits talked about it this week as an issue with edge detection
