Portrait Mode Missing?

Been having a fun time messing around with the new 7+, but noticed that the "portrait" camera mode to achieve the bokeh effect that they spoke about in the keynote is absent on both my 7+ and my coworkers 7+.

Did I just miss something? Is this feature coming later?
