Ports not aligned/flush?

Was noticing on the ports of the 2011 15" MBP were a little askew
compared to a 13" seemed that the 13" is much more flush and secure to the ports than the 15" maybe its normal?

Apple said they could reseat the board or even swap it out if necessary but declined as it seemed unnecessary, just wasnt sure if its normal on these machines.

Mine aren't perfectly lined up but the ports work fine. I wouldn't worry about it unless it affects usage.

I've never had a problem with my ports. But as the poster above stated, I definitely wouldn't worry about it unless it affects the usage of the ports/computer.

they are suppose to have a small gap in between the frame and the stuff on the inside because thats where it gets the air flow from. mine looks like that. so i wouldn't worry about it.
