Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue but I need to get the COM port number off my rMBP to use an app and it requires going into the "ports" pull down in device manger and getting the COM#, but there is no ports section. I'm on my work desktop which runs windows 7 and ports section shows up. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. Does anybody have a suggestion?
