POS(point of sale) software for OSX?

guys and gals, i was wondering if there is any programs i can get to use my iBook or iMac as a cash register or POS system w/ a separate cash drawer. can i get the same software the Apple stores use or similar?

Its out there, I have seen it. You just didn't look.

I know I checked in to the thread to see what recommendations and feedback there might have been.
