Hello, I noticed something weird about Safari, mine is 10.0.1. May be this isn't really a Safari issue.
The issue is that I click on the remove all button under privacy. they were removed, but just wait for a few seconds, some of them automatically come back without going to the site again, why is that?

Maybe you have them synched using iCloud?

There seems to be a bug that causes Safari not to delete certain local data. You can do that manually by quitting Safari in the Dock, then go to your user library → Safari → 'LocalStorage' and delete all the data within that folder.

Get a cookie manager, like "Safari Cookies".
