POSIX: Connection Refused error

Anyone else having the same error? When I tried to upgrade My3G and MyWi 4 in cydia it keeps giving me the error. Also I can't seems to download files that's hosted by apt.modmyi.com. It's showed server not available. This is since yesterday when I tried to update the program that I had installed. I accidentally remove LockInfo now I can't reinstall it

looks like theyre working on it... was getting 3 errors, now only getting one.
