Poss bug with ios4.3 and mode select

I just installed ios4.3 on my iPad. Had the switch set to mute (as volume mode) I then changed the switch to orination lock and unlocked the screen it was still muted. Even if I tried changing the volume on the side I had to unlock the orination set it back to mute switch mute then unmute again then set it back to orination lock.. Anyone else find this?

If you were Muted when you changed operation of the switch, you needed to double-click the Home button, swipe left to the controls (like you used to get to orientation lock), and tap the Mute/Unmute soft button there.

When you change the function of the switch, it also swaps the function in that spot as well.

Well it was 7am when I was fixing the settings.
