I have a 2011 Subaru Impreza and an iPhone (every iPhone I’ve had has behaved this way with this car). The phone is paired and connects no problem. But the phone randomly picks what it wants to play almost every time it connects. It’s not that it just randomly picks a song... When I disconnect and then reconnect on the next start the phone randomly picks something else to listen to almost every time.
When I disconnect I can be listening to:
Music and later it’ll pick the same song;
Music and later it’ll pick a different song;
Music and later it’ll the last podcast I listened to;
Music and later it’ll pick a random podcast;
A podcast and later it’ll pick the same podcast;
A podcast and later it’ll pick a different episode of the same podcast;
A podcast and later it’ll pick a different podcast;
A podcast and later it’ll pick music.
Thoughts? Is there a phone setting I’m not seeing? Is it a Subaru thing? The particular radio in the 2011?
