Man by the title i was expecting to see some demonish stuff.

Anyways has this behaviour started of late? I would first try to isolate software issues, try going into recovery mode and see if behaves the same way. If it does then you need to get it to apple if your in warranty or apple care, it seems to me like a trackpad issue. Its not so expensive to fix if your out of warranty.
