I couldnt find much on MR about VoRA and most about SV-DO sounded like AT&T fanboys just jumping in with the big fat "No". Aynone read much, or know much about the possibilities?

There was speculation, but the official announcement made it clear: neither are happening.
And if that wasn't enough, the reviews coming out make it even more clear: on Verizon it's voice or data, but not both at the same time.
