possibility of getting ship date moved up?

I've always done in the in store pick up for any pre orders, but since the absolute dumpster fire that preordering in the middle of the night was, i had to wait til 6am when i got up for work...

i got a ship date of 10/14-10/21... any chance that could get pushed up or ship early? has anyone had this happen to them with previous pre-orders?

the in-store pick up option was not available anywhere. so ordered a 6+ 64gb...

I had the shipping date moved up by a week for my iPhone 5. Date changed around a week after I placed my order. So it could happen.
